As a subcontractor to James W. Fowler, McDonald Excavating performed multiple shaft excavations, some extending 50+ feet deep, to connect the micro-tunnels being completed by Fowler. This work was part of the overall Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) projects for City of Portland.
