Under direct contract to OHSU, McDonald built the SW Meade Street extension connecting to SW Bond Avenue: an elevated roadway with retaining walls, embankment, and utilities. The work included removal of 2,500 tons of contaminated soil, placement of demarcation fabric, and 15,000 tons of clean fill, with two ultra-block walls ranging from 12 to 22 feet tall.
